Yes, you need a domain to access your website from the Internet. When you register a domain with us, you can easily order a suitable hosting package with the same purchase.

If you already have a registered domain, you can easily transfer it to Zone. Keeping your domains and hosting in the same place can make things easier to manage for you and we can certainly support you easier.

Of course, you can also keep your domain elsewhere and just use our nameservers.

You can pay with credit and debit cards or PayPal.

All our services are prepaid for a selected period. You can choose to pay each month or once per year. Choosing the one-year schedule will unlock a discount.

Your first invoice will cover the first 30 days of use and is typically due within 1 day. For annual subscriptions, the invoice will cover the entire year in advance. Subsequent invoices are usually issued at the beginning of the month and will include any remaining days of the previous month, if applicable.

Payment deadlines vary: the first invoice usually has a 1-day deadline, while subsequent invoices generally have a 10-day deadline.

We advocate against this for security reasons. When multiple websites share the account, potential security issues with one site will affect all the others. But you can easily add domains as an alias to an existing subdomain.
