# Zone customer support – holiday schedule

During the holidays, Zone customer support operates on a modified schedule.

- **23 December 2025** – we are open and available by phone until **2:00 PM**
- **24–26 December 2025** – we are closed and do not answer phone calls
- **31 December 2025** – we are open and available by phone until **2:00 PM**
- **1 January 2026** – we are closed and do not answer phone calls
